Smoke From Warehouse Blaze Deemed Not Toxic (RedNova)
By Matthew Haag, The Dallas Morning News Jun. 27--The smoke from a stubborn warehouse fire still ablaze Tuesday night near downtown Dallas isn't toxic, environmental and fire officials have determined. But the lingering haze could worsen symptoms for people with asthma and emphysema.

Richter7, a Salt Lake-based marketing agency, announced two promotions. Teri Austin was promoted to medical marketing specialist. Hired in April 2004 as an account manager, Austin was most recently account supervisor for client services. Tyler Briggs was promoted to account manager. Briggs joined Richter7 in February 2006 as assistant account manager.
